1. General: The owner of this website is Write My Assignments, an Irish company located in Dublin. By using this website you agree to be legally bound by and act in accordance with these Terms of Use and by all other applicable provisions. If you disagree with these Terms of Use and/or with any other of the applicable provisions, you are not permitted to, and agree not to, use this website or avail of our services.

 

1(a) Information means information, knowledge, know-how, communications, data or other material, in any form, including, but not limited to, oral, written, graphic or electromagnetic form.

 

1(b) Confidential Information means that confidential information either party desires to protect against unrestricted disclosure or competitive use, including without limitation information which is labelled as confidential by the disclosing party at the time of delivery to the other.

 

2. Confidential Information disclosed by either party (“disclosing party”) to the other party (“receiving party”) shall be treated as confidential and safeguarded hereunder by the receiving party for a period of (3) years from the date of disclosure.

 

The receiving party agrees that any confidential information disclosed hereunder shall be used by the receiving party solely for the purpose of his/her/their project and any confidential information disclosed hereunder shall remain at all times the property of the disclosing party.

 

3. Permitted Use: Any document received through the services of Write My Assignments is intended for the use of educational progression. Write My Assignments do not condone our customers to submit documents received through our services to any third level institution under the pretense of being their own work and any form of plagiarism will result in expulsion forthwith. Subsequently, Write My Assignments nor any employee, writer or mentor can be held liable for a breach of this term and condition.

 

Our service should be used as:

 

(1)        A source for further understanding and clarity of the subject/project.

 

(2)        A source of ideas or reasoning for your own research.

 

(3)        For original paraphrasing or direct citing (if referenced properly)

 

4. Intellectual Property: All information, data and materials presented on this website, including logos, are subject to copyright, trade mark rights, database rights and/or other intellectual property rights. Any other use and/or reproduction of the information, data, materials or logos of the website is prohibited and will constitute a breach of these terms and conditions and may infringe Write My Assignments’ intellectual property rights. Write My Assignments reserves its right to take such action as it considers necessary, including issuing legal proceedings without further notice to you, in relation to any unauthorised use of this website. Upon final payment to the writer the intellectual property rights of any document or assignment is transferred to Write My Assignments. It is hereby deemed that all documents and assignments will remain the property of Write My Assignments; Distribution does not constitute a transfer of property rights.

 

5. Suitability of Writers & Mentors: Write My Assignments has a duty to take reasonable care when determining the suitability of writers and mentors. Writers and mentors are selected for our clients based on the assignment information provided and our assessment of the writer/mentor’s ability to complete the task. Write My Assignments cannot be held liable for a differing opinion of the client. Any writer or mentor who knowingly discloses inaccurate educational information will be removed from our writer’s database and may be liable for legal proceedings.

 

6. Confidentiality: Discretion is of primary importance to Write My Assignments and therefore all details of customers, clients, writers and mentors are strictly confidential. At no point will this information be released.

 

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as granting or conferring title or rights including intellectual property rights by licence or otherwise in any confidential information disclosed to the receiving party. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions and no action taken by the parties pursuant to this Agreement shall constitute or be deemed to constitute a Partnership between the parties or shall constitute either party as the Agent, Employee or Representative of the other. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Ireland.
